About the role

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team at Bridgeway Park Superior Senior Living Community. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and eager to work in a dynamic, growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive a positive sales culture within the community
  • Work closely with all levels of the organization to enhance the community’s brand, image, and reputation
  • Identify and implement new strategies to increase visits to the community
  • Build relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business growth
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system and self-schedule appointments
  • Develop a business development plan and maintain referral relationships
  • Understand the competitive landscape and highlight unique aspects of our community
  • Achieve and exceed census goals through effective lead generation, tour scheduling, and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the senior healthcare sector
  • Knowledge of the senior living industry and its various service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starting, goal-oriented, and able to work in a flexible, non-traditional 9-5 structure
  • Driver's License required, with 75% travel required

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • Understanding of the Senior Living industry and the differences in service levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify and implement new strategies to increase visits to the community
  • Experience in building relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and self-scheduling appointments
