About the role
We are seeking a strong leader to join our team at Bridgeway Park Superior Senior Living Community. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and eager to work in a dynamic, growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive a positive sales culture within the community
- Work closely with all levels of the organization to enhance the community’s brand, image, and reputation
- Identify and implement new strategies to increase visits to the community
- Build relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business growth
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system and self-schedule appointments
- Develop a business development plan and maintain referral relationships
- Understand the competitive landscape and highlight unique aspects of our community
- Achieve and exceed census goals through effective lead generation, tour scheduling, and customer engagement
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the senior healthcare sector
- Knowledge of the senior living industry and its various service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-starting, goal-oriented, and able to work in a flexible, non-traditional 9-5 structure
- Driver's License required, with 75% travel required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
- Understanding of the Senior Living industry and the differences in service levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify and implement new strategies to increase visits to the community
- Experience in building relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices
- Proficiency in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and self-scheduling appointments
