Marketer for Senior Living

About the role

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team at Smith Farms Senior Living Community. This position will work closely with the existing team to grow the community's census and enhance its reputation.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive a positive sales culture within the community
• Understand and communicate the differences in service levels across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Rehabilitation
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to attract new residents
• Manage the CRM system to track and follow up on leads
• Develop and implement a business development plan to foster referral relationships
• Generate leads, schedule tours, and manage customer relationships
• Travel 75% of the time to build regional relationships and promote the community
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate community outreach and leasing operations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Sales
• 2 years of experience in the Senior Healthcare industry (preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of creating and driving a sales culture
• Understanding of Senior Living industry and service levels
• Exceptional communication skills
• Self-starting, goal-oriented, and able to achieve and exceed census goals

Skills

• Knowledge of competitors in the market and their points of difference
• Ability to generate leads and schedule tours
• Experience managing a CRM system
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
