About the role

At Fogo de Chão, we hire a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support our mission of providing an unforgettable dining experience and fostering a purposeful future for our team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.
• Maintains high standards of quality for all inventory and fresh produce, including proper management of inventory levels and storage area.
• Aids in tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties as needed.

Requirements

• Able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
