Responsibilities
- Drive year-on-year bookings growth for Prime equipment aligned with company strategy.
- Annually develop a business plan and sales strategy for key accounts to meet company sales goals and profitability targets.
- Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Build relationships across disciplines in target accounts to support growth.
- Present new product developments and business strategies to assigned market customers.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for prospect applications while maximizing profit margin.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes; ensure team compliance.
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Set examples in personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be accepted.
