Cambria is looking for a motivated, sales and relationship-driven individual in West Palm Beach to help grow our business. The candidate must reside in West Palm Beach, be able to work out of their home, and call on customers throughout their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers in assigned territory.
- Actively participate in related industry associations (e.g., National Kitchen and Bath Association, International Interior Design Association) and network to drive sales.
- Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners to ensure market development and maximize sales.
- Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and calibrate progress.
- Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce.
- Maintain a high level of business, financial, and industry expertise to advise partners effectively.
- Provide samples for specific projects and update identified product libraries with Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information.
- Present product knowledge materials and educate business partners on product attributes, differentiators, and the value, quality, and history of the Cambria brand.
- Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials to present them effectively to customers.
- Stay informed about industry standards and regulatory codes, including marketplace changes.
- Actively use social media channels to promote the Cambria brand and product.
- Build quarterly sales plans and communicate strategies to department leadership.
- Be available to meet with customers daily, including over meals or at events outside normal business hours.
- Travel within an established territory to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design.
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites; Concur and Salesforce preferred.
- 90% local travel to customers; 10% travel to trade shows, associations, and training in Minnesota.
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.
Skills
- Experience in the architectural and design industry (a plus).
- Previous B2B sales experience (a plus).
- Strong business knowledge and financial acumen.

Pay
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $78,000–$104,000. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
