Market Sales Manager
Job Summary
Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development.
Responsibilities
- Focusing on increasing a location's overall to new business customers in a designated service area
- Hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Driving to customers to conduct goodwill visits
- Spending the majority of time in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with recruiting, hiring and training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales management experience preferred
- 2 - 5 years' outside sales experience preferred
- New business-to business account development experience preferred
- Industrial sales background preferred
- Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays
