Cambria is seeking a motivated, sales and relationship-driven individual in Fargo to help grow our business. The successful candidate will develop, cultivate, and expand sales of Cambria products throughout an assigned territory, providing superior service to residential B2B prospects and customers while promoting the Cambria brand.
Responsibilities
- Sell Cambria by building and cultivating solid relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers in the assigned territory.
- Actively participate in related industry associations (e.g., National Kitchen and Bath Association, International Interior Design Association) and network to drive sales.
- Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners to ensure market development and maximize sales.
- Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to direct efforts and measure progress.
- Accurately collect and update customer information using Salesforce.
- Maintain a high level of business, financial, and industry expertise to advise partners effectively.
- Provide samples for specific projects and update product libraries with Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information.
- Present product knowledge materials and educate business partners on product attributes, differentiators, and the value of the Cambria brand.
- Understand and communicate all sales and marketing programs and materials to customers.
- Stay current with industry standards, regulatory codes, and marketplace changes.
- Promote the Cambria brand and product through all relevant social media channels.
- Build and maintain a continual, organized, and professional presence in the local market through quarterly sales plans and daily customer engagement.
- Be available for customer meetings outside normal business hours, including meals and events (e.g., Cambria or industry-sponsored, sporting events).
- Travel within an established territory to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain and submit expense invoices for timely reimbursement.
Requirements
- Must reside in Fargo and be able to work out of a home office.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or interior design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with Concur and Salesforce is preferred.
- 90% local travel to customers; 10% travel to trade shows, associations, and training in Minnesota.
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.

Pay
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $80,113–$107,220. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
