Market Operations Specialist (PA)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across CHOP-Soar centers throughout Pennsylvania
  • Maintain organized, safe, and well-stocked clinic environments while partnering with operational and training teams to support center readiness and onboarding needs
  • Provide operational coverage and support for local leadership teams when needed
  • Complete routine audits and operational checks to ensure documentation, timelines, and workflows remain accurate and up to date
  • Partner with center leadership and shared service teams to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support quality across the market
  • Support operational reporting, tracking systems, and process improvement initiatives
  • Care for coordination of family and staff communications including newsletters, reminders, center updates, and family engagement initiatives
  • Support maintenance of family resources, contact information, and operational communication systems across centers
  • Create a positive and supportive experience for families, staff, and visitors
  • Aid in scheduling coordination, PTO tracking, leadership coverage planning, and operational calendar management across the market
  • Support recognition initiatives, operational follow-up tasks, and additional projects tied to market growth and operational success

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in healthcare operations, center operations, administrative support, or client coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel between CHOP-Soar Autism Center locations within Pennsylvania as needed
  • Ability to work EST hours to support the Pennsylvania market team
