About the role

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support and enhance a growing marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll partner with marketing, sales, CRM, and data teams to help execute campaigns, maintain marketing systems, improve data quality, and ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing technology who enjoys working with data, automation, and cross-functional teams to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaigns by maintaining audience lists, campaign workflows, and system integrations
  • Aid with the administration and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Maintain data quality across marketing systems to ensure accurate lead routing, reporting, and campaign performance
  • Support campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution initiatives to improve marketing measurement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot data and system issues
  • Document marketing processes, workflows, and system integrations
  • Aid with marketing reporting by validating data and supporting dashboard development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Support integration efforts between CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems
  • Stay current on marketing technology trends and recommend process improvements where appropriate

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations, or a related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or Eloqua
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, lead management, and marketing reporting
  • Experience supporting data integrations between marketing and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, or other web analytics tools
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, or system integrations
  • Experience working with enterprise marketing technology environments
