As a Manufacturing Training Lead, you will support around-the-clock manufacturing operations to meet customer needs while ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis for the manufacturing section under your responsibility.
  • Develop and/or revise training materials for processes, ensuring standardized, optimized, and easy-to-read content that provides trainers with a consistent approach.
  • Organize all area training for new employees.
  • Perform area recertification training when required.
  • Support the creation and implementation of On-the-Job training and work instructions for new or existing processes.
  • Provide timely manufacturing training metrics to the area master trainer.
  • Assist in the delivery of specific on-the-job training and development initiatives for new hires, contractors, and employees.
  • Evaluate the performance of area trainers.
  • Own CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) records when critical.
  • Lead training effectiveness projects (e.g., job audits).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience, or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 2-3 years of experience in training is required.
  • Fundamental English communication skills, both written and spoken, sufficient to interact with team members.
  • Ability to understand communicated and documented safety and quality instructions, read, and comprehend written work instructions—including words and drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematics.
  • Proficiency in using a calculator, measurement tools, and basic hand tools.
  • Basic computer and mathematics skills.

Pay

$53,934.40 annually.
