Manufacturing Trainer (Aerospace) 2nd Shift
Regal Rexnord · Simi Valley, CA · 4 wk ago
On-siteEducation$34–$42/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is given: $34 to $42/HR. DOE. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule? Not mentioned. Work Model: fully onsite role, location Simi Valley, California. That could be considered Schedule? Actually schedule not given; maybe we can include a "Work Location" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Schedule, but we should only include if posting actually states schedule. It does not state schedule (like full-time, shift). So we omit Schedule.
We need sections: About the role (Brief Description), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (maybe Desirable Capabilities And Success Factors?), Qualifications (maybe Minimum of 5-7 years experience?), Skills (maybe list of capabilities). But we need to avoid duplication and ensure we preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide mapping: The posting includes "Brief Description" (About the role). Then "Essential Functions" (Responsibilities). Then "Desirable Capabilities And Success Factors" (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). Also there is "Work Model" (fully onsite) and location. Could be part of About the role or a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph.
Benefits section present: list of benefits.
Pay section: Pay Range $34 to $42/HR. DOE.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, etc.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

About the role
... (brief description plus work model and location)
Responsibilities
- ... each essential function as list items
Requirements
- ... maybe combine desirable capabilities and success factors? But we need to avoid too thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills into one? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. But we must ensure each has substantive content. We could split Desirable Capabilities into Requirements (minimum experience), Qualifications (technical competency), Skills (coaching, communication, etc). However the text includes many items; we can distribute. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include all points from Desirable Capabilities And Success Factors somewhere. We could create a single section "Requirements" that includes all those bullet points. That would preserve all info. Then we wouldn't need Qualifications and Skills sections (to avoid thin sections). The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to have fewer sections. Thus we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we include location and work model somewhere; could be in About the role. Now we need to extract the brief description text: "The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, documenting, and continuously improving technical training and qualification programs for production associates across machining, saw, utility, and manufacturing support operations. This position ensures employees receive consistent instruction, hands-on practice, objective evaluation, and documented certification before independently performing assigned work. The Manufacturing Trainer supports the development of a capable, flexible, and safety-focused workforce aligned with Regal Rexnord standards, customer requirements, and operational priorities. Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Trainer partners with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, Human Resources, and experienced subject matter experts to translate approved work instructions, engineering drawings, process documentation, quality requirements, and safe work practices into effective training. The position maintains training plans and qualification records, identifies skill gaps, coordinates cross-training based on business needs, and verifies that employees can consistently perform required tasks to the established standard. The Manufacturing Trainer must be able to teach and evaluate the knowledge and practical skills defined for Utility Worker I-III, SAW Operator I-III, Machinist Trainee, Machinist I-III, Lead Machinist, and Lead Support roles, within the trainer's approved areas of qualification. This includes machine and equipment operation, setup fundamentals, blueprint and GD&T interpretation, tooling and workholding, inspection and measurement, process documentation, safety, quality, 6S, problem solving, and continuous improvement. The trainer uses clear instruction, demonstration, supervised practice, and consistent certification criteria to support employee development and operational excellence. This position is located in Simi Valley, California." We also have Work Model: "This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office." Could add to About the role. Now Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. We need to capture each bullet as
- . The list is long; we need to preserve all. We'll copy each sentence as list item.
Essential Functions bullet points:
- Develop and maintain structured training plans, qualification requirements, practical evaluations, and certification criteria for production roles and assigned manufacturing processes.
- Deliver classroom, one-on-one, and hands-on shop-floor training using approved work instructions, drawings, setup sheets, travelers, inspection plans, and standard work.
- Train and qualify Utility Workers, SAW Operators, Machinists, and manufacturing support personnel within the trainer's documented areas of technical competency and authorization.
- Evaluate employee knowledge and practical performance through observation, demonstration, written or verbal checks, and objective skills assessments before certification.
- Maintain complete and accurate electronic and physical records for training, qualifications, certifications, recertifications, cross-training, and identified development needs.

We need to preserve that export control restriction text exactly? It includes quotes and weird punctuation. We'll include as is.
Now Benefits: list:
- Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
- Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA)
- Paid Time Off and Holidays
- 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions

Now Pay: Pay Range $34 to $42/HR. DOE.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings
and
- for lists,
for prose. We must not include any other tags like unless needed? Not prohibited but we can just output headings and lists. We need to ensure we don't include any empty sections. We'll produce:

Pay
Pay Range $34 to $42/HR. DOE
We should not include Schedule section. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's craft the About the role paragraph combining brief description and work model and location. We'll combine: "The Manufacturing Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, documenting, and continuously improving technical training and qualification programs for production associates across machining, saw, utility, and manufacturing support operations.
