Manufacturing Trainer 1 (2nd Shift)

About the Role

Conduct established training programs focused on manufacturing and engineering processes. This role supports employee development by delivering effective training and monitoring training outcomes to ensure established programs are achieving their intended objectives at the Bryan Dairy Facility - Electronic Division.

Responsibilities

• Conduct established training programs related to manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Monitor training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques.
• Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field.
• Present training information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a personal computer using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge and use of Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
