Manufacturing Technician

Job Title: Plant Technician / Manufacturing Technician Location: Ridgefield, CT Pay Rate: $22.15/hr Duration: 1 Year Job Description Support Lead Technicians during pilot plant manufacturing campaigns. Operate manufacturing equipment and perform batch record entries and calculations. Work with plant technicians and campaign managers to address equipment and process-related issues. Assist with batch status updates and manufacturing activities. Complete required GMP training and participate in production/PSOR meetings. Follow established GMP procedures, PPE requirements, and safety protocols. Report safety incidents, spills, exposures, and other workplace events according to procedures. Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
