Manufacturing Technician

Schedule

100% onsite. 36 and 48 hour work weeks on the following schedule: Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM. Includes a 10% second-shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Work on routine manufacturing assignments following written procedures, with ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Weigh and check raw materials.
• Assemble, clean, and sanitize process equipment; monitor processes.
• Complete work instructions and maintain clean-room environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Train for proficiency in operating primary production equipment within the assigned functional area.
• Train for proficiency in process systems (e.g., Syncade MES and Oracle interfaces) and supporting business systems (e.g., Oracle, ETQ, BMRAM).
• Assist with revision and creation of process documents, such as SOPs and electronic work instructions.
• Assist in maintaining material and components inventory levels.
• Support a safe work environment.
• Work in teams with continual interaction across manufacturing teams to exchange batch-process information.
• Handle routine assignments requiring judgment to resolve problems and make recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• ERP experience (Oracle and/or SAP) preferred.
• Lab experience preferred.
• Clean-room environment experience preferred.

Pay

Starting hourly compensation ranges from $17.78 to $22.58. Final individual compensation will be determined by the employer of record based on demonstrated experience, required skills, and geographic location.
