The Portland, OR facility is seeking a highly capable and organized Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30 pm‑1:00 am) to drive production performance by maintaining strong daily engagement with staff, using a hands‑on approach to communication, problem‑solving, and performance management to build a high‑performing, motivated team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of manufacturing operators and production technicians (incl. full‑time and contingent staff).
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for the production shift, including labor and material flow, production scheduling, line support, and change management.
