Responsibilities

• Lead On Shift Activities For Crew In Assigned Department
• Drive Results In EHS, Quality, And Productivity
• Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative People Around The World
• Ensure A Safe Working Environment Through Formal Inspections/Audits, Correcting Unsafe Behaviors, Safety / Crew Meetings, And Utilizing Proper Work Methods, Procedures And Equipment
• Incident Investigation, Problem Solving And Root Cause Analysis (EHS And Quality)
• Ensure Employees Receive Training As Specified
• Provide Effective Communication To Employees Through Daily Interaction, Electronic Mail, Etc.
• Provide Direct Supervision And Development To Production And / Or Hourly Employees
• Plan And Coordinate Priorities, Allocate Work Assignments, And Regulate Production Process In Order To Meet Specific Daily Production Requirements
• Monitor Production Rates, Yields, And Quality Of Products On A Daily Basis And Provide Feedback To Employees And Supervisor On Results
• Organize And Review Changeovers With Appropriate Staff To Minimize Downtime. Address Production Issues Such As Scheduling, Quality, Run Time, Etc.
• Lead/Participate In Kaizen Continuous Improvement Sessions, Make Process Suggestions To Improve Quality And Reduce Costs, Involved With Managing Tier 1, 2 Processes
• Involved With Lean Management Systems Deployment, Implements Cost Reduction Programs To Ensure The Efficient Utilization Of Labor, Materials, And Equipment
• Part Of Little Rock Leadership Group With Responsibility For Midnight And / Or Afternoon Shift Primary Plant Management Representative During Off Shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
• Five (5) combined years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Associate’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• One (1) year supervisory and/or management experience
• One (1) year of experience troubleshooting and problem solving in a manufacturing environment
• One (1) year experience participating in Green Belt projects and/or have a Green Belt certification

Pay

$95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

On-site travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel
