Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and lead safety meetings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure that the equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of production personnel.
Requirements
- Scheduling: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Must have the ability to work overtime, weekends and off shifts as needed.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in window production; familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (MS Word & Excel, and Outlook); Production management Software/ERP Systems; Paycom or similar HRIS system.

Physical Demands
This position requires lifting (up to 50lbs unassisted), walking, and standing for long periods of time.
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse/production environment. Will have exposure to noise, glass, and machinery. Some administrative tasks will require time spent in an office setting.
