Manufacturing / Production Supervisor

Position Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
• Manages the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained
• Makes periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices
• Responsible for the production process
• Responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
• Adheres within labor and OPEX budget
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience
• or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5-7+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3 years of leadership experience

Pay

$75,168 - $93,960 plus annual target bonus
