Manufacturing Production Supervisor
What You’ll Do
- Oversight of department workforce.
- Maintain a safe work environment with the goal of having zero work-related injuries.
- Know and follow all safety procedures.
- Understand and manufacture according to Romac’s production system and meet stated productivity goals.
- Understand and follow the concepts of the Theory of Constraints and Lean Manufacturing.
- Coach, train, and develop personnel.
- Understand and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of shop floor working experience at Romac as an Assistant Supervisor or Lead or 4+ years of similar outside workplace experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and delegate.
- Strong communication, typing, math, and computer skills.
- Possess or can obtain a CPR and Industrial First Aid certificate.
- Possess at least a limited blueprint reading ability.
Base Compensation Range
Base Compensation Range: $36.83-$55.29 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity.
