This role supports commercial clinical and launch activities in a dynamic production environment. The Associate of Manufacturing will perform operations in the AR30 Downstream Manufacturing area under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Report discrepancies to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure quality standards and safety.
- Maintain quality compliance through a Right First-Time mentality.
- Receive and prepare components for use in manufacturing.
- Feed components into equipment and perform sanitation activities.
- Document appropriate paperwork, understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)/performance metrics, and participate in daily performance meetings.
- Use pallet jacks (manual and powered) to move equipment and buffer totes.
- Use computer systems to support material inventory and electronic batch record management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities.
- Ensure components and products are available for continuous operation.
Requirements
- Contract position based in West Greenwich, RI.
- Fully onsite role.
Pay
$20.00 - $25.00/hour.
