About the role

Join the dynamic Process Engineering team as a Manufacturing Engineer Co‑Op, gaining hands‑on experience while working on impactful projects at our Ripon, WI facility. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, contribute to improving process efficiency, safety, and overall plant performance, and be part of a forward‑thinking, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize plant layouts and resolve line issues by identifying bottlenecks, relocating machinery, and implementing workflow improvements.
• Assist with small new‑equipment projects, ensuring proper installation and integration into existing manufacturing processes.
• Partner with controls and finishing teams to establish, display, and track data collection metrics that drive process improvements.
• Champion safety initiatives through process controls, meticulous documentation, and ongoing process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Hands‑on approach with willingness to roll up sleeves and engage in project work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, use manual dexterity, stoop, bend, and perform minimal lifting.
