Schedule

Full‑time from January 2027 – August 2027.

Primary Function

Under general direction, participate in and/or lead support projects related to Safety, Continuous Improvement, Lean, and 80/20 across a variety of functions in our Machine Shop and Foundry facilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional project teams.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean events.
• Develop standard work instructions specific to machines or work processes.
• Work in a team environment to implement manufacturing improvement projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Knowledgeable with 3D CAD software.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in major preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Visual acuity needed for close‑detail work and computer use.
• General manufacturing, warehouse, and office environment.
