Pay
Estimated annual base pay: $142,000.00 (minimum) - $177,000.00 (midpoint) - $213,000.00 (maximum). All members are included in an annual cash bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead high-performing teams by cultivating trust, collaboration, and accountability; mentor team members and foster professional growth across diverse technical and business functions.
- Drive clear and effective communication as a central hub between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership; translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Champion strategic alignment by identifying and implementing business system improvements (e.g., SAP, Windchill, Workday) that support organizational goals.
- Manage system-related projects (e.g., SAP, Windchill, Workday) from planning through execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery; oversee large-scale implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and consultants; manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
