About the role
The Manufacturing Growth Architect is responsible for driving sales growth within the Back to the job description division. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
