Sales and Operations Planning Business Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and systems requirements.
• Partner with a broad network of experts to lead supply chain planning capability analyses and design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop comprehensive project plans ensuring alignment of resources to program scope, schedules, and budget.
• Integrate industry standards to optimize Intel's supply chain.
• Develop and document business processes and training material.
• Lead implementation processes including testing, training, change control, and transition management.
• Proactively identify and address challenges/risk to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct project close-out assessments, documenting lessons learned and providing recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines. 6+ years of combined experience with one or more of the following: Operations experience in Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning; Business Solution Development including Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools; Program and/or Project Management in Supply Chain or Demand Planning related fields.
• Strong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirements.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (IE) or related disciplines.
• Previous semiconductor supply chain experience.
• Experience with Executive and/or Management level communication on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems architecture and industry-standard frameworks.
• Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning (BCM).
