What You'll Do

  • Help improve manufacturing processes
  • Support equipment validation
  • Troubleshoot production challenges
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
  • Support manufacturing process development
  • Develop and execute equipment and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
  • Aid with equipment installation, commissioning, process transfers, and manufacturing startup activities
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues
  • Support new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, documentation, and production readiness
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements that increase quality and efficiency
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, validation protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Participate in risk assessments, change control activities, and audit preparation to support regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with global teams on engineering projects that improve manufacturing performance across multiple locations
  • Travel up to 50% to manufacturing facilities, service centers, suppliers, and customer locations to support engineering projects and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
  • Experience supporting equipment and process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and production processes
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, or process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as ISO, GMP, or GDP
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, or operations teams
  • Familiarity with equipment commissioning, process transfers, and change control
  • Experience with temperature-controlled packaging or cold chain products
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, or structured problem-solving tools

Compensation & Benefits

The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
