What You'll Do
- Help improve manufacturing processes
- Support equipment validation
- Troubleshoot production challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Support manufacturing process development
- Develop and execute equipment and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Aid with equipment installation, commissioning, process transfers, and manufacturing startup activities
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues
- Support new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, documentation, and production readiness
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements that increase quality and efficiency
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, validation protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in risk assessments, change control activities, and audit preparation to support regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with global teams on engineering projects that improve manufacturing performance across multiple locations
- Travel up to 50% to manufacturing facilities, service centers, suppliers, and customer locations to support engineering projects and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
- 3-5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
- Experience supporting equipment and process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and production processes
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, or process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as ISO, GMP, or GDP
- Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, or operations teams
- Familiarity with equipment commissioning, process transfers, and change control
- Experience with temperature-controlled packaging or cold chain products
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, or structured problem-solving tools

The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
