About the role
Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production processes using advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Train new employees on manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software and quality assurance tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of ISO and other quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
- $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
