Manufacturing Engineer II

About the role

Responsible for designing, testing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production processes using advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Train new employees on manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and quality assurance tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of ISO and other quality management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

• $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
