About the role
This self-motivating individual will support, execute, and improve manufacturing processes and systems used to create Bradley products that delight our customers. The role focuses on learning existing processes, driving continuous improvement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams while operating with a high level of independence.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support CNC machining operations through process improvements, tooling optimization, documentation updates, and work instruction development.
- Apply existing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Afford assistance with implementation of equipment, tooling, fixtures, and minor capital projects under guidance from senior engineers or leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, standard work, routings, and work instructions to ensure consistent execution.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams to resolve issues and support manufacturing goals.
- Assist with new product introductions by supporting process readiness, PFMEAs, and initial production builds.
- Utilize CAD/CAM and CNC programming software (such as Mastercam, WoodWOP, or similar) to support manufacturing needs.
- Follow established Project Management and Lean best practices to complete assigned deliverables on schedule.
- Champion safety practices on the manufacturing floor and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Company management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Experience using office software products for spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience preferred.
- Experience supporting CNC machining operations; exposure to Mastercam, WoodWOP, or similar CNC programming software.

- Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
