About the role
The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The program is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Must have an active driver's license.
Qualifications
- Preferred co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
- Preferred academic major in business or a related field.
- Preferred leadership or management experience through campus or extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
