About the role
The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services, tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed clients’ business goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, including CMOs, CEOs, CFOs, and business unit leaders.
- Build long-term senior client relationships that drive business growth, retention, and transformation.
- Lead enterprise marketing, data, measurement, or operating model transformations.
- Influence strategic business decisions through data, measurement, customer insights, and growth strategies.
- Consult with clients to identify business problems or opportunities and develop practical analytic roadmaps to make measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership around analytics, research, measurement, and ad-technology concepts, methods, and tools.
- Define and execute the data strategy by uncovering data needs and opportunities, and developing a practical roadmap to maximize value from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data through integration and augmentation.
- Investigate the impact of new data sources and technologies on the future of marketing and the client’s vertical.
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Lead executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Build bridges between disciplines within the agency, as well as external partners.
- Provide methodological support, coaching, training, and advice to direct reports and the broader team.
- Lead and mentor direct reports by continually assessing capabilities, providing a roadmap for career growth, and instituting goals to build or expand skills.
- Lead the development of playbooks for audience and measurement activities to standardize the delivery of high-quality marketing sciences services across the agency.
- Actively help develop and grow Business Analytics offerings by contributing to POVs and exchanging knowledge with colleagues.
- Stay on top of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training, and attending industry events.
- Responsible for the revenue goals of Business Analytics.
Requirements
- 15+ years leading enterprise marketing, analytics, customer strategy, or business transformation initiatives.
- Significant leadership experience across agency, client-side, and/or publisher environments, with demonstrated ability to manage complex businesses, advise senior stakeholders, and drive measurable growth.
- Experience managing marketing, analytics, insights, customer strategy, and/or transformation functions.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
- Expertise in customer growth strategy, customer experience, CRM, loyalty, and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities through customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Experience connecting marketing investments to enterprise growth objectives.
- Specialized in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user-level data).
- Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI development.
- Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
- Expert-level solutions development: analytic skills, critical thinking, and clarifying strategic and operational issues as relates to data and analytics.
- Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.
- Strong track record of proven leadership ability and impactful client relationship experience.
- Stellar communication and presentation skills: articulate, engaging, and straightforward, with the ability to translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with skills in prioritizing work, business writing, presenting, conducting analysis, and project management (scope, budgeting, timing).
- Experience managing complex enterprise client relationships.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Passionate about driving change by adopting emerging technologies in the advertising space.

$250,000 - $300,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
