We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about KPMG, then "KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director, Strategy & Innovation to join our Clients and Markets organization." Then responsibilities list, qualifications list, salary range, benefits description, schedule? There's mention of Personal Time Off, holidays, breaks. That's schedule/benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have sections: Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul), Pay (p with salary range), Benefits (ul maybe). Also maybe "About the role" could be the intro paragraph before responsibilities. The intro includes description of KPMG and the role. That could be "About the role". We'll not repeat job title as heading. So we can have

About the role

with paragraph(s). Then responsibilities, qualifications, pay, benefits. Schedule? There's mention of Personal Time Off per fiscal year, holidays, breaks. That's more benefits/time off. Could be part of Benefits. We'll not create separate Schedule unless explicit schedule like "full-time". Not present. So we skip Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship details? The qualifications includes "Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)". That's substantive? It's a requirement about work authorization. Should we keep? It's part of qualifications. We'll include as a bullet maybe. But it's a bit long; we can keep as a bullet under Qualifications. Also salary range: "For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $380000 to $500000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role. The current full market salary range for this job level is disclosed below. This broader range represents potential future income growth available over the course of a career in this position. Potential income growth is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, performance, job responsibilities, experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations. KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. If required, the ranges displayed below or via the URL below are specifically for those potential hires who will work in the location(s) listed. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations." We need to preserve all substantive info. So we can summarize? Not allowed to summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. But we can condense? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details. However we can still present them in a concise way but must keep all info. That's tricky. Probably we need to include the salary range paragraph as is, maybe as a

. Similarly benefits paragraph. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO paragraph at end is boilerplate; we should remove. Also the "No phone calls or agencies please." etc. Also the Los Angeles County applicants section is legal; maybe remove? It's about Fair Chance Act; could be considered legal boilerplate. Probably remove. Also the link about salary ranges by city outside of CA: we can keep? It's part of salary info. Might be considered substantive? It's a link for more info. Might keep as part of Pay section. We must not include markdown fences. Let's craft HTML:

Pay

For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $380000 to $500000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition, KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, with options designed to help you make the best decisions for yourself, your family, and your lifestyle. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental health. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday. Additional details about our benefits can be found towards the bottom of our KPMG US Careers site at Benefits & How We Work. But note we duplicated benefits description in Pay paragraph; we might want separate Benefits section. However the benefits description appears after salary paragraph; we could keep it in Pay but it's benefits. Better to split: Pay section just salary range; Benefits section separate. However the paragraph includes both salary and benefits. We could separate: Pay paragraph only salary range info; Benefits paragraph the benefits description. But we must not lose any info. Let's extract salary range sentences into Pay paragraph, and benefits sentences into Benefits paragraph. Pay paragraph: "For this current opening, our target hiring salary range is $380000 to $500000 based on the immediate requirements and scope of the role. The current full market salary range for this job level is disclosed below. This broader range represents potential future income growth available over the course of a career in this position. Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA: https://kpmg.com/us/en/how-we-work/pay-transparency.html/?id=4077BPG_9_26" Benefits paragraph: "In addition, KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, with options designed to help you make the best decisions for yourself, your family, and your lifestyle. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Additional details about our benefits can be found towards the bottom of our KPMG US Careers site at Benefits & How We Work." We should not include the duplicated line "KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package." That's similar to benefits paragraph; we already have. Now ensure no boilerplate: Remove EEO paragraph, remove "No phone calls or agencies please.", remove Los Angeles County applicants section, remove "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis..." etc.
