Managing Attorney: California

About the role

The Managing Attorney is the business owner of our California market, accountable for performance from the moment a case is signed through final resolution and file closure. This is not a supervisory title; it is a seat with real authority, real accountability, and real upside.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in California required at time of hire.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Extensive experience handling cases from inception through trial and resolution.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Experience handling motor vehicle, premises liability, and personal injury matters.
• A genuine business mindset, with comfort owning P&L, metrics, and operational accountability.
