About the role

Responsible for overseeing water management operations in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Manage staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in water management or related field.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Gantt charts and project timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software.
