About the role

The Manager, Wastewater position is responsible for overseeing the wastewater treatment facility in the Southeastern MA region. The role involves managing operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and permits
• Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the facility
• Manage staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to wastewater management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater management or related field
• Experience with regulatory compliance and permit management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
