Responsibilities
- Define data sources and transformation for workforce transformation
- Develop business cases for new technological opportunities
- Manage development of data models and analytical tools
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects from inception to conclusion
- Influence decisions with analytical insights and build collaborative relationships
- Partner with business areas to standardize data practices
- Create executive communications to present key findings
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree with 2 years of data science or related field experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of data science or related field experience
- Associate's degree with 9 years of data science or related field experience
- High school diploma with 9 years of data science or related field experience
- Proficiency in coding languages such as R, Python, SQL
- Experience with statistical/mathematical modeling and large data sets
