Position Summary As a Manager on the Pharmacy Services Technology Enablement team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled solutions that improve patient outcomes, drive operational efficiency, and create enterprise value. This role partners closely with business, product, analytics, and IT teams to identify opportunities, define strategic roadmaps, and execute innovative solutions across a diverse portfolio of pharmacy services initiatives. The Pharmacy Services Technology Enablement team supports a broad spectrum of capabilities, including analytics and reporting, campaign technology platforms, patient communication capabilities, portfolio management, and end-to-end technology delivery. As a leader within the team, you will guide initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. In This Role, You Will Lead and support the development of innovative pharmacy programs, products, and technology-enabled automation services by partnering across business and IT organizations to define requirements, develop implementation strategies, and establish success metrics.Drive the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle, from opportunity identification and patient journey mapping through solution design, development, testing, launch, and continuous enhancements.Manage multiple initiatives across varying stages of maturity, balancing strategic priorities, execution timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.Oversee the Campaign Manager platform for Health Services outreaches, partnering with product and field stakeholders to set/adjust configurations, onboard new campaign use cases, scale existing campaign use cases, track/monitor backend data throughput, and ideate solutions for automation opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, analytics, architecture, engineering, and business partners to design scalable solutions, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.Define, track, and communicate product performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.Support the ownership and evolution of key technology platforms and capabilities, including campaign management, patient engagement solutions, reporting tools, and broader pharmacy technology enablement initiatives.Create and maintain product documentation, release management artifacts, training materials, and stakeholder communications to support successful adoption and operational readiness.Contribute to product roadmap development by evaluating market trends, competitive intelligence, emerging AI technologies, and enterprise priorities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Develop a “story” and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management teamFoster an enterprise mindset by collaborating across teams and business units to deliver seamless patient experiences, improve health outcomes, and support CVS Health's broader strategic priorities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy technology, product management, project management, business analysis, or a related healthcare fieldStrong understanding of retail, mail order, specialty, or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) workflows and the operational processes that support patient care and medication adherenceExperience working with CVS Pharmacy, Caremark, Specialty, or related pharmacy technology platforms and systemsProven ability to lead end-to-end technology initiatives by translating business needs into scalable solutions, managing project lifecycles from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support, and developing associated business documentation, process flows, training materials, and executive presentations.Travel: Ability and flexibility to travel up to 10% if not located near Woonsocket, RI Preferred Qualifications Experience developing patient interventions to drive better outcomesExperience leading cross-functional projects and product development initiatives, managing priorities, stakeholders, and delivery from concept through implementation.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, diagnose business challenges, develop complex models, and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and measurable outcomes.Advanced proficiency with business and analytical tools, including Excel, databases, and presentation software, with the ability to translate data into compelling business cases, insights, and executive-level recommendations.High energy and works with sense of urgency to deliver resultsAdvanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, Healthcare Management) Education Bachelor’s degree is required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
