Key job responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of TIPMs responsible for delivering data center infrastructure programs at scale. Set team goals aligned to organizational priorities, develop individual growth plans, and build a high-performance culture grounded in operational excellence and customer obsession. Deliver data center projects in multiple geographic regions. Maintain and iterate on the mechanisms for reporting project status amongst program stakeholders.
• A Day in the Life: Engage with multiple leaders of other teams on a daily basis to ensure program success and the strategic plan of the business continues to meet the ever-changing customer needs. Hire, develop, and mentor junior team members in the culture of AWS.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The team comprises software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Collaborate with people across AWS to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management) experience
• 4+ years of team management and performance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
