Key job responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of TIPMs responsible for delivering data center infrastructure programs at scale. Set team goals aligned to organizational priorities, develop individual growth plans, and build a high-performance culture grounded in operational excellence and customer obsession.
• Deliver Data Center Projects: Responsible for delivering data center projects in multiple geographic regions. Maintain and iterate on the mechanisms for reporting project status amongst program stakeholders.
• Hiring, Developing, and Mentoring: Hire, develop, and mentor junior team members in the culture of AWS.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management) experience
• 4+ years of team management and performance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
