Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, including performance management, career development, and hiring
- Build a collaborative team culture that emphasizes technical thoughtfulness, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
- Oversee work planning, prioritization, and resource management across inspection support and a variety of ageing management projects
- Ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work products with internal quality processes and industry standards
- Provide management-level technical oversight
- Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a safe and quality culture
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering; mechanical, materials, nuclear, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in nuclear plant engineering
- Expertise as a people manager or team lead, with responsibility for performance management and staff development
Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
