Design Manager - Structural

Responsibilities

• Immediate opening for a Design Manager to join the dynamic Structural Engineering team.
• Work on design of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up.
• Possess high energy level, be self‑motivated, and work within a strong team environment serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally.
• Demonstrate technical specialization, proactivity, and aggressiveness when meeting client and project needs.
• Serve clients including architects, developers, institutions, and contractors.
• Exhibit a strong “can‑do” customer service attitude.

Qualifications

• 9‑12 years’ experience in relevant commercial building design.
• Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience.
• Master’s in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural.
• Licensed P.E. in the state of residence.
• Experience designing commercial building structures.
• Proactive with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and client‑service oriented.

Pay

$130 - $163K annual salary range in NYC.
