Primary Purpose

Lead the execution of a best-in-class product discovery experience, partnering with Digital Product, Design, UX and eComm teams to deliver a seamless, clear path to purchase. Own end-to-end discovery performance, driving innovation across Search, PLP, and Navigation to enhance findability, engagement, and conversion.

Influence and Contribution

  • Influence and contribute to the product discovery innovation roadmap, workstreams, and execution plans.
  • Shape and drive the discovery roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Leverage proficiency in Ecommerce to influence stakeholders to align on priorities and drive customer-first outcomes while ensuring clarity, ownership, and accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of discovery initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and successful implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate the customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the discovery experience.
  • Drive performance through data-driven insights and ongoing optimization of the discovery experience.
  • Own reporting and analysis of discovery performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage customer behavior data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to support innovation and roadmap development.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to continuously optimize product discovery experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, customer-centric discovery solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience in Ecommerce, Digital Merchandising, Digital Product, or a related field.
  • Passion for Ecommerce, with a strong understanding of the digital commerce landscape and competitive trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prowess in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Tableau, with a solid understanding of Ecommerce and digital performance KPIs.
