- Leads the Service & Installation team for an assigned region (Houston, Central & South Texas, or North Texas & OK). Supervise Field Service Techs and Route Delivery staff
- Schedule and prioritize service, installation, and delivery work
- Monitor service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Coach and evaluate team performance
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory/field service experience preferred
