Responsibilities
- Analyze search data to provide insights into consumer motivations
- Consult with internal teams and clients on search engine accessibility
- Analyze keyword research to determine strategic goals
- Work closely with analysts to develop optimization recommendations and manage the entire process
- Manage link-building strategies
- Collaborate with internal project teams to implement search engine optimization strategies and best practices
- Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Qualifications
- A four-year degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of combined experience in search engine optimization, project management, account management, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience managing a team
- Experience scoping projects, providing forecasts, and driving ongoing process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and make informed decisions quickly
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, poised, articulate, and convincing
- Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
