This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Build an integrated search strategy aligning organic and paid visibility
- Drive the SEO/AEO strategic roadmap to leverage AI in discoverability
- Oversee global content architecture for SEO excellence
- Implement AI-first practices in SEO/AEO operations
- Support the strategic planning of optimized web content
- Translate SEO performance into business value for high-intent customers
- Act as the strategic liaison for SEO/AEO content across departments
Qualifications
- 6+ years in SEO, Content Strategy, or Digital Product Management, with 1-2 years of people management experience
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau and Amplitude
- Expertise in AEO vs. SEO and LLMs
- Experience managing multi-format content for search rankings
- Strong skills with enterprise CMS and SEO tools
- Ability to influence senior leadership with strategic insights
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to SEO challenges

Pay
$114,750 – $135,000 annually
