About the role

Arizent is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations to support sales growth through clean data, targeted list development, scalable personalization, and high-performing outreach campaigns. This role will focus on building and maintaining accurate prospect data, developing segmented target lists, and executing campaigns to help the sales team book meetings and generate qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Content Strategy, and Operations to improve outreach effectiveness, strengthen data hygiene, and scale personalization through AI-powered tools and workflows.

Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Meeting Generation: Build and execute outbound sales campaigns to generate meetings, utilizing tools like Salesforce, Gong, Gemini, and Clay for segmentation, personalization, and efficiency. Track campaign performance and optimize programs.

  • Sales Enablement Materials: Develop and maintain sales materials such as media kits, prospectuses, and sales decks, ensuring they align with current priorities and sales feedback.

  • Audience Development: Build and refine target lists for sales campaigns across Arizent’s brands, using segmentation and AI-supported tools for prospect research and personalization.

  • Data Hygiene: Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to improve data quality, identify data gaps, and manage projects to enhance data accuracy for sales outreach and campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, revenue operations, campaign operations, or B2B demand generation.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and managing data for campaign execution.

  • Experience building segmented prospect lists and improving data hygiene.

  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement and outreach tools (e.g., Gong).

  • Experience with data enrichment and personalization platforms (e.g., Clay).

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for research, segmentation, and message development.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Strong written communication skills for developing sales messaging and materials.

  • Experience supporting meeting generation or pipeline development through outbound campaigns is strongly preferred.
