Manager, RN → Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations in a faith-based healthcare setting
• Oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Provide direct patient care when needed
• Mentor and evaluate registered nurses
• Support holistic, whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize staffing, workflows, and care outcomes
• Foster a compassionate, inclusive culture aligned with Christian values and community service
