Manager, Revenue Growth Management

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG facility.Compensation: Competitive salary with flexibility based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Position Responsibilities: Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model. Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
