Job Summary

Responsible for delivering the overall digital strategy for the residential web ecosystem, led by Terminix.com and affiliated brand websites, through the optimization of customer acquisition, lead generation, e-commerce, and self-service experiences.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end website performance.
• Partner with UX, CRO, SEO, and Paid Media teams to design, test, and scale seamless customer journeys that increase sales and appointment bookings.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the website product backlog and actively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Oversee the digital experience platform ecosystem (Sitecore, GA4, Figma, and A/B testing tools).
• Collaborate with IT to optimize integrations with backend customer data platforms, pricing engines, and scheduling systems.
• Monitor web KPIs and customer behavior analytics. Translate data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations to fund and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop Website Administrators.
• Establish web governance frameworks, manage external agency/vendor relationships, and oversee operational readiness for new digital rollouts.

Required Experience

• 5+ years managing enterprise e-commerce, lead-generation, or digital product platforms with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of sales funnels (MQL/SQL workflows), conversion rate optimization, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and Agile product delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Web CMS (Sitecore preferred), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Figma, and data integration environments (scheduling, lead routing, product catalogs).
• Familiarity with Agentic/Generative AI and AI-powered customer engagement tools to support personalization, automated workflows, and self-service optimization.

Formal Education, Qualifications Or Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Master's degree or advanced business, marketing, or technology education preferred.

Pay Range

Base Pay Range: $103,500 - $134,600/year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
