The Role

E-Commerce Manager
LookOurWay is seeking an experienced, self-driven, and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to accelerate our online growth. This role blends creativity with analytics as you’ll manage our e-commerce storefront, optimize digital marketing campaigns, and ensure our products shine online. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the architect of our digital growth strategy, continuously discovering and adopting emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness, directly impacting revenue and customer experience.

About the role

This position requires a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Hotjar, etc.) is essential. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar) is required. Skilled in content creation and management, with strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) capabilities, is also necessary. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail are crucial. A creative problem solver with the ability to balance brand voice and conversion-focused tactics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow LookOurWay’s e-commerce site, adding new products and ensuring accurate, compelling product listings with images, video, and copy.
  • Oversee integrations, workflows, and systems that support a seamless 5-star customer experience.
  • Develop and execute the promotional calendar across paid media channels and website properties.
  • Own the website product catalog, including taxonomy, merchandising, product details, specifications, and pricing.
  • Oversee landing page builds, new content creation, and third party integrations.
  • Proactively optimize for UX/UI and website conversions.
  • Perform competitive analysis of key websites in the industry to inform promotional strategy, assortment strategy, and visual merchandising strategy.
  • Develop and execute digital strategies (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, display) to increase direct web sales.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and ROI, making data-driven improvements.
  • Manage in-house and freelance creative resources (graphic design, video, contractors).
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral, and product-focused assets.
  • Maintain a watchful eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Work with Product and Customer Success to ensure consistency in messaging, features, and positioning.
  • Monitor the performance of website, email, social, and paid media KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on business trends and competitive benchmarking.
  • Manage digital advertising partners, agencies, and freelancers in the tactical execution of marketing campaigns and optimizations.
  • Identify opportunities and develop business proposals for new strategic marketing initiatives.
