About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Resident Experience to join our dynamic team at CCMC. This role combines administrative projects with building strong resident relationships within our master-planned communities.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement elements of CCMC's Resident Experience strategy
- Interact with residents to improve relationships, engagement, and community satisfaction
- Develop, implement, and coordinate strategies to enhance resident experiences
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop onsite team members
- Work with vendors to establish partnerships and discounts
- Implement consistent best practices for community communications, amenity operations, and event planning
- Provide additional support for vacant positions and fill in on-site and remotely as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation, hospitality, public relations, journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community associations in large-scale master-planned communities
- 3+ years of experience with community facilities and amenities
- 3+ years of experience in communications, including newsletter publication, website administration, social media, etc.
- 2+ years as a CCMC employee
- Strong experience in community engagement and communications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate CCMC's core values of respect, integrity, community, and service
- Deadline-driven, self-starter with strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to navigate change
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills
- Ability to perform various roles and responsibilities, including driving when necessary
Qualifications
- Working experience in community associations
- Experience with community facilities and amenities
- Experience in communications, including newsletter publication, website administration, social media, etc.
- Experience as a CCMC employee
- Strong experience in community engagement and communications
